Exegetical Guide Running Slowly or freezing

Ever since installing Snow Leopard and downloading update 1.2.2 my exegetical guide has been running extremely slowly. Yesterday it took over 50 minutes to parse Philippians 3:4-14. Occasionaly it also appears to freeze. I have emptied my cache folder as suggested by Logos but it has not made any difference.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem? C

C'mon - surely someone else is having this difficulty?

I ran your exegetical report here. I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.1 and have the latest offering of Logos for Mac.
The report went pretty good until 3:13 and then stopped, then when I thought it was not going to complete it, it went ahead and did verse 14 and stopped briefly again before finishing the report. Overall, it wasn't super fast, but it didn't take more than a minute or two to parse the whole report.
To be honest, I don't use these tools much in Logos for Mac. I use Logos for Mac primarily as an e-book reader to look up commentaries, search for materials, etc. If I need to do exegetical studies I use another Mac Bible programme or on the odd occasion I boot up Logos for Windows under Fusion. Logos for Mac, is at this stage in my humble opinion, really isn't up for being used very heavy. We will await to see what version 2 has in store for us whenever it comes.

Thanks Donovan. It seems there is not much they can do at this stage. There is an obvious problem to be fixed with the next patch.

Seems like a rather long passage to parse. Perhaps you should try smaller bites.

Everyone has been saying that, but it isn't really that big a passage. Up until Snow Leopard was installed passages this size were a breeze and would only take 2 or so minutes.

I see what you mean. I ran the passage under Leopard and it took less than a minute. Snow Leopard breaks two mission critical applications that we (the company) does not wish to upgrade. Looks like I can add Logos to my list of reasons to stick with Leopard.

When it comes to Logos 4 for Mac almost nothing is working well.
The exegetical guide isnt ever reading the books.
