Old Logos 1.6

Don't everyone laugh at the same time ... but I still have use for the old 1.6 version that came on floppy disks. After an upgrade I needed to reinstall. Everything went well except the 3rd and last disk of the New American Standard  Bible. Would anyone out there have that stashed somewhere? Thanks

If Logos has a record that you bought it, you can probably call Customer Service and they'll unlock it for you on their servers, then Logos 4 will be able to automatically detect that it needs to be downloaded and you'll be all set.

So I just checked.  Currently I'm the only one laughing so it's ok.  [;)]

Carlos, I doubt you will be able to find these unless the original poster can 'lend' you a set. I am curious as to why you need them?

I want to use Logos 3.6 again. I have an old notebook, that it still works, and I will install Windows 98 to use this version. I almost have all the diskettes, but not all. I used thia version a lot some years ago, and it liked a lot. And I like some resources of this version.

Ah - you'd had a typo for 1.6 which left us all puzzled. You can download the current version of Logos 3 from the web and be back in business.

I think he's talking about 1.6. I don't recall L3 requiring any floppy disks for installation.

Yeah, I have, but is it a copyright thing to share?

Replacing the disc should no violate anything since it is the licence number that is the important thing….duplicating the disc and sending it should be no violation.
