page numbers?
I am trying to cite something from a resource (The New Testament Milieu: Guide to the New Testament) and there is no option to "Show Page Numbers" visual filter.
How am I supposed to make parenthetical citations without page numbers?

Also I have noticed several dictionary/encyclopedia sources that do not have the author of the individual articles listed after each article (e.g., Baker Encyclopedia of the New Testament; Oxford Dictionary of Christian Church). How am I supposed to know who wrote each of the individual articles?

Appears every paragraph is numbered (e.g. paragraph 83 is in Section 2.1):

Welcome to the forum Richard. Please make sure that page numbers is selected in the work on Church history. As for the New Testament Mileu, I cannot offer any other suggestion than what has already been give.

Since they don't give that information, you don't. Some dictionaries / encyclopedias do while others do not.

Hi Richard,
One roundabout way to get the information is to go to the "List of Contributors" in the ODCC (logosres:odcc;ref=Page.p_xv), right-click on a last name, and choose 'Search this resource'. Since the last names are in small caps in the resource and the names will be entered in the Search panel with all regular caps (small caps aren't supported there), you'll want to make sure "Match case" is not checked on the Search panel menu.

With the Oxford Dictionary each individual article has been edited from multiple sources. The list is at the end of each article in the print edition, but you would be hard pressed to determine who the actual writer is as multiple sources and authors are often listed. I find the information in the Logos electronic version exactly the same in the print edition.
A proper MLA citation would be to list Cross and Livingstone as editors with no author listed.
