Problems Getting Logos 4 to Work Online

I seem to be having problems with my laptop computer working online with Logos 4 [my desktop is working fine]. It appears to be only able to work offline and will not allow me to log in to www.logos.com. Of course, this also prevents any updates from being installed. Any suggestions?

There are some suggested solutions at http://wiki.logos.com/Cannot_connect_to_Logos_servers. Get back to us if none of those works.

Thanks, Rosie.
I tried option 5 on http://www.logos.com/L4/support/unabletoconnect but it did not seem to help. [I am running Windoes 7 and the wireless network seems to be working fine.]. However, I cannot now even bring up the SIGN ON dialog box [by clicking CNTR and then clicking the Logos icon].

If you hold down the Cntrl key while double-clicking on the Logos icon (and keep the Cntrl key held down until Logos boots) does the Sign On dialog box not come up? Do you get some sort of error message, or does Logos just start normally (and offline)?
You said you tried Option 5; have you also looked and and tried the other options that might be relevant (I'd try Solution 2; and Solution 4 - the first part: check your Firewall settings to allow www.logos.com through, or temporarily disable the Firewall and see if that makes a difference).
I would also recommend that you enable diagnostic logging on your laptop (see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging), generate a log file from a session of starting Logos with the Ctrl key held down and then closing Logos; then post that log file here (see http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs).
