Second Temple Collection

The 7 volumes of this collection are coming 'off the presses' on March 31. I have a question though. I notice that there is a volume 2 and volume 3 ... but where is volume 1? Is it included, but not identified as "volume 1"?

Of the other 5 volumes, maybe one of them was the first in the series ... before they knew there would be a series?

Here are those volumes:

Second Temple Studies, Volume 2: Temple and Community in the Persian Period Second Temple Studies, Volume 3: Studies in Politics, Class and Material Culture

Any body have any ideas?
