This bug actually appeared in 4.2a SR1 and I forgot to post it. As you can see from the screen shot of the Cross References section of the passage guide, the link to The Treasury of Scripture Knowledge no longer appears when I run that guide.
Fred, what verse do you have in the reference box of the PG?
Ephesians 2:1-10
EDIT: Now that you ask that question Steve I thought about the fact I should have tried a couple of different verse ranges before I posted this as a bug. Please don't hold that against me as I have been siffering from the symptoms of Beta withdrawl. All is well though, I just downloaded the new Beta and I'm indexing now. I will check to see if this same issue occurs with other passages.
Is this what you are missing? Or is it something else.

Fred, that is a Great excuse....wish i had some as good as that...LOL
I do not have "The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge" I have the original one entitled "The Treasury of Scripture KNowledge". That is the one that used to appear.
You are right! i used to see both of them appear for me. Wonder if it was SR1 or it was the recent LCV changes??? i don't know but miss having the other TSK as well [:'(]

I am thinking it might have something to do with the LCV changes. It does not appear that the feature is broken because your other resource appears.
Looking in Library, noted "The Treasury of Scripture Knowledge" resource was updated yesterday.
Also confirm missing in Logos 4.3 Beta 1 (4.30.0.0133) - like original post.
Keep Smiling [:)]
"Treasury of Scripture Knowledge" is Typed "Notes". "New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge" is Typed "Bible Cross Reference Index". So "New" shows up in Cross Reference section of PG, the original does not.
I don't know why this would have been done, maybe it's a mistake..
Well, it surely isn't helpful, since Logos base packages only include the "Treasury of Scripture Knowledge", not the "New Treasury" - so most users will miss it in PG. I guess it was a mistake and would be glad if this could be corrected by Logos.

See http://community.logos.com/forums/t/31138.aspx
I think the mistake is not stating "New Treasury ...." as this is the preferred resource** and is in logos4 format, whereas TSK is in L3 format.
** I have both NTSK and TSK resources but only see NTSK in Library (see thread I quoted above).
I have been siffering from the symptoms of Beta withdrawl
Siffering is always serious, even worse than suffering. [8-|]
i don't think the problem is as described above. i did a bibliography export last year and the TSK is the same version. But Logos changed the Type since i did the bibliography.
Bibliography done in 2010
What is showing up in the library now
i followed instructions from the other threads and hid the resource. Which resulted in having no TSK (still have the NTSK). Then i unhid the TSK and after opening L4 it reindexed. It still shows the same Type. Last year both the TSK & the NTSK showed in PG under Cross-References. Now only the NTSK shows there. Logos has changed the Type for this book to Bible Notes, which makes no sense.
The resource type has been corrected. Please restart Logos to effect the change.
Thank You Jannie! That fixed it.
Thank you, Jannie!
I'm confused. The NTSK I mentioned above was the TSK2008 file below and the TSK is now NTSK.lbxlls. Before, I had only one TSK file in Library, now I have two (below). Why is NTSK considerably older than TSK?
Why do I have three files - I also have TSK.lbxlls (24/4/2007) in Resources?

That is a little strange. I checked my resources directory and I have two tsk files as well. Here is a screen shot
Notice the Date modified dates..the TSK2008 is the one that was last modified two days ago when the metadata problem was corrected. I have a thrid file in my directory that is NTSK with a different different modification date than TSK2008 but both open the same resource.

If I do a Search for <=lev 26.3> on Entire Library I get different results in 2 x TSK titles + the NTSK title (3 resources)! I don't think the hard scripting that Logos is performing is sufficient and they should remove the (re)source of confusion.
The odd thing is my library shows 1 copy of the TSK and one copy of the NTSK. It does not show the third file as a resource
Likewise in Library, but the third resource shows in a Search!
I have the same result. The two that show up in Search have different cover pictures and different Information. They also return different search results.
The first (with 6 hits) is the one to hide if you want to resolve the issue (open from Search Results, confirm it is TSK.lbxlls, then drag the tab to Hidden Resources).
That eliminated the extra TSK, while retaining the correct pair. Thanks Dave.
Jannie! Peace! Wow .................. Marmite! My jar always is there for me on the turntable on the kitchen table.
I'm the only one in my family and acquaintance who appreciates the "subtle" and absolutely distinctive qualities of Marmite!
