Problems getting a recent purchase to download
So, I buy a new book on logos.com, and I start up Logos4. Well, it doesn't detected it. OK, so I'll try "update now"...that causes a full compare of EVERY resource I own (takes like ten minutes of disk thrashing). Why this time? I don't know--it doesn't always do that.
It would be nice if it checked for new additions to the license every time it started up (and updated books only once a day).

Todd,
Update Now doesn't compare every resource you own. The command for that is "Update Resources." Update Now checks to see whether an update has been released since your last update.
As to why you didn't get the new resource - can't help you there. I can't remember any problems with this.

Well it did...I watched the logs.
Now I received update "SR-1" during that time too, So maybe that caused it to recompare everything just to make sure.

That's quite likely given that there were a few of us missing resources due to a fault in the server earlier on... They probably just wanted to make sure that everyone had everything...

Isn't that strange. I've got one computer that's SR-1 (4.03.2339) and one that's not... Must run update now again...
