Logos 4: Read Your Books in Column Format
Love this new feature. My ESV is now permanently in Column Format. Another way to switch between pages as well as the arrows (on a Mac anyways) is a two-finger up/down-swipe on the trackpad. However, it's a bit glitchy at the moment, as often it moves two or more pages on a single swipe Otherwise a superb feature. Thanks Logos!
Great post Morris. So much easier to read and more fun. Will always use this method.
I prefer this format too. Is it possible to make this a default method of displaying resources?
Sorry but where is the "resource's panel menu"? I can't seem to locate it for the New Bible Dictionary.
Found it. Click on the icon of the resource!
Hi William
You get there by clicking the small triangle in the icon at the top-left of the pane - see below
Hope this helps
Graham
Edit: William, glad to see you got there on your own but didn't notice until I had posted my response!
cannot find the resource menu. I have a bible open with a commentary and nowherre is there a resource menu. HELP
The resource menu is the book icon in the resource panel. Click on the book icon.
Can't find Resource Panel Guide on my Mac so can't find Columns option. Can you help me?
Hi Johanna ... happy to see you on the forum. Unless I'm missing something in your question, you just click on the little picture of the book that you already have open. It's in the upper left above the text of your book you're reading. It's not in the very top menus.
Welcome [:D]
Opened ASV Bible, Clicked triangle by Book Cover, moved mouse to highlight Reading View (if click mouse, opens Reading View):
Keep Smiling [:)]
Thanks. This really helps in reading long articles. I wish I knew about it while in graduate school. Thanks LOGOS' team.
