Particular Download frozen

I seem to be unable to get past the download stall for one of my march madness purchases:

I'm able to DL it just fine without logos, but logos gets stuck at various points, but never finishes. I've even had subsequent purchases that have downloaded without issue. Canceling, restarting, rebooting, update now, all end up in the same state.

My Goal: Figure out how to get this book into my library by tomorrow for some info I'd like to read in it for Sunday.

Given the lack of any response, I'm guessing the only path I have is to downgrade and call support? Is there an official downgrade path/method?

If just updating on top of current install didn't work, try moving Logos 4 from Applications to Trash, empty Trash, and then install from that .dmg (none of your data/resources/documents will be removed). I was having similar download trouble and this worked for me.

1. Trash and Install, restart logos, autostart of DL, hang, cancel

2. Trash and Install, restart OS X, start up logos first thing, autostarts DL, hang, cancel

3. Trash, restart OS X, Install, start Logos, autostart of DL, hang, cancel

4. Restart OS X, Trash and Install, start Logos, autostart of DL, hang, cancel

(side note: I've been working with that version of the beta since a few hours after the post was put up as I was having update vicious circle issues that the update resolved)

Logos support has Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac (lacks deleting parameter lists for complete uninstall)

Wiki has Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac that includes all application files to delete plus Reset Logos 4 User Files has steps to reset local user settings (files) without re-download of resources. Copy Logos 4 Resources to Mac OS X (Supported – saves resource downloading) step 2 has links to current Stable and Beta Logos 4 Mac disk images for installation.

Wonder about trying scan command ? Copy Logos 4 Resources to Mac OS X (Supported – saves resource downloading) step 6 has example for scanning Resources folder on desktop.

Edit: after scan command, need to restart Logos 4 Mac.

Tried this after repeated download freezes. Unfortunately, L4 Mac still freezes @ 14% of 6.6MB. This entire Beta release has been the most frustrating release yet, and I have been in this program since Alpha 1.
