Forum Search
The layout of the forum needs to add a "Search this Forum" function. I see a lot of already answered questions being asked that a simple search would answer. BUT, unless I am missing something the "Search this site" in the top right corner does what it says and searches the whole forum. It would be nice to search within individual forums.
If there is a way, someone should post the instructions and pin it at the top of each forum.

AFAIK there's no way to search an individual forum from the search this site bar... however. :-)
You can execute a search and THEN limit it to a particular forum.
After searching using that box in the top right corner...

For my money, I almost never use the forum search. I use google.
By adding site:community.logos.com you can search the forums with google's interface and then "require" certain keywords to apear.
For instance to search the iphone forum you can use this template: <keyword> +iPhone/iPad site:community.logos.com
Thus searching for this post at google I would type this in a google search box: searching +iPhone/iPad site:community.logos.com
