How can I delete a resource from version 4, not simply hide it. I don't want the resource to take up space on the hard disk, but I want it to remain in my list of books (greyed out), so I can put in the disk if sometime later I want to use it.
Logos 4 doesn't support the LDLS3 concept of "unavailable" resources (that are listed in My Library, but greyed out), nor does it support dynamically adding and removing books from the library (e.g., by inserting/ejecting a DVD) while the program is running.)
