4.3 Beta 2 - Crash on Loading Saved Layouts
Just updated to 4.3 Beta 2, tried to load up a saved layout file I had and Logos crashed as it did with beta 1

Same here Paul. Looks like our bugs were not fixed in this release. Although this is more than a bug as it makes the whole software completely unusable for me [:(]. Logs attached.

Having said that, I can create a layout from scratch so I take back my words in my previous post about it being unusable.

Paul ~ If you recreate the saved layout that causes Logos to crash, does the app still crash when that new layout is loaded?

So far I've not had any crashes from saved layouts. Wonder what is different.

No, the program is stable if I recreate old layouts.
However I'm unable to recreate all of them, as some are the basis of on going studies, and research for essays I'm writing and as I'm unable to open any note files or create new ones I can't fully recreate those layouts.

I'm having the same thing happening - When clicking on a saved layout, the program hangs, becomes a very small window in the left hand corner, then crashes.

Doug ~ Your crash is related to a different problem than Paul's and Andrew's. We don't have a resolution at this time; however, development is working on a fix. You may find that recreating the layout will resolve the problem for now.

Wiki http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4.3_Beta_3 page has: "Fixed crash when opening a Notes document caused by duplicate font family names." with link to this forum. Wonder if Logos 4.3 Beta 3 squashes bug ?
