Bug: hyperlinks to Search not remembering Resources being searched

When you copy a Hyperlink to the Search tool using Basic search method, the hyperlink is not remembering which resources that you were searching in. Instead it is using the last in Resource/Collection/Tagged group. i am using 4.1RC2
[this may be happening in other Search methods as well, i haven't checked]
What good is a link to Search when it can't remember which Resource /Collection /Tagged group that the search was performed in?
Notice that some hyperlink types show which resources they are to Search IN.
Please fix this in L4, it would be nice to have hyperlinks in Notes which actually opened Search to the appropriate Resource or Collection or Tagged group.

Please, please fix this
as it stands now it is like creating a hyperlink to John 1:1 and when clicking on the link it takes me to the table of contents in a Bible (being taken to the general search window without the full settings is really pointless). Please fix this, it has so many useful possibilities!

This is on the list of things to be fixed/added for a future release; however, it may not make it into 4.3.

Has this been fixed yet?
Pretty Please
See my reply above, but change 4.3 to 4.5. It hasn't been forgotten though.

I want to trigger a search in a specific collection from a script using a URL. When I copy it I get logos4:Search;kind=Basic;q=$3CBibleNASB95_$3D_1_Corinthians_10:24$3E;match=nostem
As you see the collection is not even mentioned and so when the search is done it uses the last used collection. I'm assuming my issue is the same as above? what would be the syntax if the collection were included in the URL?
*****Also, When doing a search on a particular collection I dragged the Search icon to the shortcut bar and it created a shortcut that executes a search on that particular collection. I can now change the query and the collection and then click on that icon and it will run the search with the new query in the particular collection I chose for the shortcut and not the last used one. Now if it can do this from a shortcut then why not from a URL? Is there anyway to find out what command is being executed when I click on the shortcut? This shortcut does exactly what I am looking for but need to do it using a script.******

I lifted this info from the shortcuts database for the shortcut I created that runs a search on a specific collection and am trying to see if I can use it in a commandline fashion.
