Logos 4 Beta failed to download updates/resources
Need some help, for some reason my beta version of Logos 4 stop downloading updates and resources about two weeks ago, it happened first when it tries to update to the latest beta (4.30.0.0213), it will download about 5% then stopped, in the end I download the beta program from the wiki page myself.
This morning when I turn on my Mac, Logos tries to download the 170.5MB resource updates, but now it just stop at 27%.... Is there a way for me to clean the download cache, and force the download to download the updates again?

I'm having the same problem as I try to download 151.5 MB of updates tonight.

Same here.
Beta for Mac won't finish the download.
Beta for PC finished it and is indexing now without issue.

Mine fails at the 151.5 mb update as well... 8%, 14%, 23%, and made it all the way to 28%. Wonder what good stuff I ain't getting??? LOL
Still love my Logos.

For thread BUG: 4.3 Beta 2 Home Page Display Overlap + Resource Download Issue Watched Activity Monitor for network traffic; when no longer downloading, choose to cancel downloading (clicked on blue Logos icon in menu bar). Also had Indexer.log file open to watch progress; canceling download can cause other actions to happen. Also have created subfolders within Logging, copied Logos log files before restarting so could compare later.

Thanks for the instruction, but I think I will just wait out for the next beta release..... At least now I can do most of my study on my new iPad.

For what it's worth, I finally got the updates to download and install Saturday night late. I just kept trying (and smiling)!

I'm also getting stuck in the 151.5Mb download. Last time got 97% downloaded and then stopped... I'll keep trying...

Apologies (understand repeated effort to download stuff); looking forward to Logos 4.3 Beta 3 next week with download improvement.

Me too! After being away for two weeks I came home yesterday and powered up. L4M downloaded a fresh version, I'm guessing, rebooted successfully and then tried to download updated resources but failed to do so.
I left my computer on all night with Caffeine [C] to keep it awake. When I got up this morning it had managed 0% of 151.5 MB. [:(]

New resources will not download. Hope there is a fix for this soon!

I finally got mine to download the entire update last night. [:)]

It manage to download the resource update for me about two nights ago, but it fails to download High Definition Commentary: Philippians for me......
