James chapter 5 "stick" Greek diagram

User: "Terry Cook"

Attached is James chapter 5 composed in L3 but easily transfered to L4. The entire book of James is available here if you look for the various posts. Also available are Galatians, 1&2 Thess and Jude.

James was surprisingly easy with much different Greek than Paul. Galatians and 1&2 Thess were at times difficult to the point of guessing while James, not without challenges, was much easier.

The diagrams are  labor of love and built using a modified Reed/Kellogg system I learned in grade school.

    Thanks very much!

2 Peter 3:18  But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

Thank you Terry it looks great, I appfreciate you graciously sharing your work!

Just to review for everyone, you don't need Logos 3 installed on your computer running Logos 4, to get this file into Logos 4. Here is what I did, on a computer running Logos 4 only and not Logos 3.

    1. Create a folder under your Documents folder (varies where that is if you are XP/Vista/Win 7), named "Libronix DLS\SentenceDiagrams". Note there is a space after Libronix and before DLS, and NO SPACE in SentenceDiagrams.

    2. Unzip the sentence diagram into this folder

    3. Bring up Logos 4, and from the Command Box type "Import All". You'll see the command show up below the box, click it. In the right hand corner next to where the spinning circle shows sync'ing, you'll see it say "Importing". When it disappears, it's done.

    4. Click on File, and you will see the newly imported Sentence Diagram at the top of the list!

Terry - I have Jude, but I was not aware you have done Galatians and 1 & 2 Thess.  Can you point me to them, or repost them? Was it here or in the (God rest its soul...) newsgroups?

    Thanks

Uh, good question........attached are the si Galatians files and I'm fairly certain 1&2 Thess is here on the forums. If not, I can post those as well. I just started tonight on 2John which I thought would be a fairly easy build but I'm already struggling with verses 1&2!

    Peace to you, Terry!

*smile*                I have really appreciated your sentence diagrams.  It has been "years" now that you have shared them.  Thank you for completing the Book of James.  Thank you for the Luther quote!

Truly a labour of love!        They have often been a source of inspiration to me as I have studied the Word of God!

A big Thank You!  Most appreciated!

Also, Terry, I appreciate your "sDg"!!!                  May God give you "Joy" ==  always!

Philippians 4:  4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........

Charley you don't know how much your encouragement has meant to me over the "years!" You are a wonderful man and someday I'll have the pleasure of meeting you and walking together on streets of gold :-)
