Command to Index New Library Resources ?

Wonder if Logos 4 Mac has a command to index new library resources ?

Currently have a Stable and Beta Logos 4 Mac installations that have 14 resources to index, but Indexer is not indexing them:

Is the app also trying to download resources?  Does an L4 restart make a difference?

Downloads completed (also 4.2a SR-4 installed).  Have restarted Logos 4 Mac several times.

  • Thanks for resource updates - now not need a command to index new library resources - Thanks [:D]

After resource updates for LLS:1000BBLIMG, LLS:HRMYGSPROBRTSN, and LLS:LXGRCANLEX downloaded and patches applied, the resource update installer appeared.  Clicked OK to restart Logos 4.3 Beta 2.  Indexer discovered patched resources, then incrementally updated Bible Index for 1 resource, followed by incrementally updating Library Index for 17 resources.  Searching now includes new resources.  Also incremental indexing is faster than Rebuild Index command.

If situation happens again, may try hiding a resource, restart Logos 4 Mac, then unhide a resource.

Using Stable Logos 4.2a SR-4, situation did occur again (after purchase of IVP Reference Collection 3 for my wife), learned hiding a resource (e.g. ADAPR), restart Logos 4 Mac, then unhide a resource did not start indexing.  Also had download issues, so cancelled downloading twice to restart Indexer.  Wondering if cancel sets a flag that is not cleared after all downloads complete so indexing not happen.

Since my wife uses Logos 4.2s SR-4 daily, did use Rebuild Library Index command.

After Facebook Sale purchase, Logos 4.2a SR-4  (4.21.5.0947), lost internet connection during middle of download.  Indexer did not restart queued downloads when network reconnected.  Used Force Quit, then restarted Logos 4 Mac; downloading resumed.  With 99% complete, downloading showed items finished and Activity Monitor showed no download in progress.  Used Force Quit on Indexer (again); then restarted Logos 4 Mac.  Downloading for 1 update resumed and completed, then Resource installer appeared; click OK to restart.  Indexer.log file shows resource discovery, but did not index newly downloaded resources.  Restarting Logos 4.2a SR-4 shows 49 resources need indexer, but indexer stopping (similar to original post).  Since not need to search new resources in my stable Logos 4.2a SR-4, not planning to use Rebuild Library Index command.

Wonder if would like any database files posted ? (e.g. LibraryIndex.db zips to 98 KB, catalog.db compresses to 48.3 MB, ResourceManager.db compresses to 119 KB).
