Laptop won't download most recent update

I opened Logos yesterday and it started to download the most recent update and then stopped downloading. I've tried several times, restarted Logos, restarted my laptop (MacBook Pro), and made sure all other programs where closed. I also tried using the ethernet instead of the wi-fi. It stops at different points in the download. I've left my laptop alone for several hours with the same results.

Any other suggestions?

There have been a number of these problems reported.

Please see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/32204.aspx for the announcement of Service Release 4 (I assume you are running 4.2a and not the Beta Software) which according to the release notes (http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4.2a_SR-4) fixes a bug which could cause this

I suggest you allow your software to install this update and see if the problem is resolved.

As Graham stated there should be a fix out now.

First try the update now command in the command box.

If that fails download the mac installer from here http://www.logos.com/logos4mac

I was running beta and I tried deleting all the logos files so I can reinstall but it still tells me that I have a newer versions on my laptop that I can't find. I did a search for "logos" for Logos files and don't know where else they are. Now I can't get into logos at all

I did try the update now multiple times and its the update to fix the problem that my computer wouldn't download

Wiki has Update Error (has links to current Logos 4 Mac installers: Stable and Beta).

Since running Beta version, Logos may move this thread to Mac Beta forum. Anticipating Logos 4.3 Beta 3 version (next week) to include download and indexer fixes included in Logos 4.2a SR-4 released earlier today to Stable channel.

By the way, Mac Troubleshooting wiki also has Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac (that has Logos 4 Mac files and folders)
