As Philip said. Also, just for gee-whiz, you may have put the wrong command in your library bar. It should be type:harmony Please note the colon and no spaces.

What base package do you have? It's possible that you don't have this resource if you don't have an L4 base package.

Noticed Logos ftp site with Libronix books does not have "Old Testament Quotations and Allusions in the New Testament" that corresponds to Logos 4 OTQUOTEALLSN.logos4 resource. Edit: while not listed on Logos.com web site, could ask Logos sales about resource purchase options for Logos 4 use.
Likewise noticed "Old Testament Allusions" included in Logos 4 Bible Study and higher base packages => http://www.logos.com/comparison

That's it I think you need a LE or KF base package to have this resource in Logos 4 and, if memory serves, the ND revision was the one before LE.
