Can Translation Ring Detail Pop-Up ring be frozen in place?

This has probably been asked several times before but here goes:

Running the Bible Word Study with ESV-Reverse Interlinear, can the Translation Ring's Detail Pop-Up Ring be frozen in place? Seems to me I remember seeing something earlier of a keystroke combination that would do this. Would appreciate any help.

I'd love to be proven wrong, but no you can't 'dock' that panel anyway I know. I've asked for this in the past but so far as I can tell this enhancement has not been added in.

Hi Paul, welcome to the Forum!

As Mark points out there is no direct way to freeze that pop-up.

But the steps below will allow you to open that Ring.

(click on the above image to see a larger view)

1. When you hover on a section of the ring you see the pop-up as you have noticed
If you click on that section of the ring all scripture references for that word are shown below.

2. If you click on the heading word, it will open a new BWS to that word.

3. You may notice that it may be in a different translation.
If you hover the mouse over the right side of the heading, settings will appear.
If you click on settings you can select which translation that you want to view the new ring.
