This gets to be very frustrating because I have to change the page which causes the reading out loud feature to stop, then when I hit control R on the next page it either starts reading at a place before or after the place I was reading.

Apologies, unable to replicate using an example in ASV (Leviticus 13 to 14) in Logos 4.3 Beta 2. Read Aloud was reading in last column in Reading View, then automatically changed text to next page (and chapter) while reading. The next page did include last sentence from previous Reading View.

This is happening as I have the text to speech feature reading Wayne Grudem's systematic theology in reading mode.
When in the reading mode Logos4 changes the page on the display when a Pg has completed. So if you are following (reading) the text as you are listening to the Read Aloud, you might try setting the view to be the same size to fit Page Numbering (as found in the paper version).
To turn page numbering on in your resource:
1. Click on the Visual Filter Menu icon
2. In the drop down menu click to check Show page numbers.
Then if you have a full page showing in your window for this resource, you will see Logos4 change to the next page when the Read Aloud finishes a page.
