Update installer not working?

Every time I log into Logos I am getting a pop up saying I have an update. I go through all the steps and after it downloads I get an error try again later message. Anything I can do to remedy this because I've been trying again later for about a month and I'm getting a little frustrated.

This is a new one on me - could you please post a screen shot?

 + Shift +4 will allow you to copy part of your screen to the desktop and you can attach the file using the paper clip above.

Lisa, it might be that you used "Run as administrator" from the context menu when you first installed Logos 4. In this case, it is necessary to open Logos 4 with the same settings when trying to update it. Just try right clicking on your Logos 4 program icon, choose "Run as administrator" and then follow the instructions for the update. Please report back in case this doesn't work! [:)]

Wiki Mac Troubleshooting page has Update Error section, which has steps that should cause pop up message to go away.
