I remember seeing a piece of software that can create files from MS Word documents for use in Logos. Does anyone know what that is and how I can get a hold of it?
Randall, you are undoubtedly referring to Personal Book Builder. That is not yet available for Logos 4. It is supposed to be coming in this quarter, but so far it hasn't gone into Beta testing so we don't know when it will be seen.

How do we sign up for beta testing of PBB once it is released? I haven't done beta testing for Logos before, but would be interested in doing so for PBB.
Just check out the beta forum for announcements. Anyone can use the beta version. It's not clear, however, if PBB will be tested through normal beta channels.

Of course, don't forget the recently released 'Resource Maker' which is already in version 1.1. Initially it was targeted to Libronix years back but was quickly re-written to load into Logos4. As I understand it, they're supposed to release 2.0 this summer.

I would have been somewhat surprised if anything but your post had come up (which it didn't), since I'm usually in the know about such things. But you never know...
Well, I really feel sorry for the guy that is still waiting for the vocabulary practice module (I forgot its name). He's looking at next YEAR. You almost want to go ahead and MAKE one for him!
