Exporting Text Comparison Tool Results to a Word Document

I recently ran the text comparison tool and it gave me the percentage of difference between the base text and the other three text. However, when I exported the results to a word document the percentages changed.
I'm not sure why this is or which results to trust. Of course I lean more toward the results directly in the Text Comparison Tool, but...

Sorry, you can't see the numbers. 42.7% from 42.1%; 52% from 66.1%; and 41.6% from 40.5%.

I wonder if it has to do with the size of the data being exported. I didn't have any problems when I tried it for the book of Philippians or when I did it for Jeremiah with only 3 versions. When I did it for Jeremiah in 4 versions I got similar discrepancies. (I don't have the modern Tanakh).
Also, I'm running the Windows version, so it's not a Mac-specific problem. It's also not related to Microsoft Word, because I see the problem in the Print/Export window:
(If you click on the picture you should be able to read the percentages)

Thanks for your help, I don't understand. Some times the numbers are spot on, some times not. Oh well, I am just comparing my numbers in the Word document with the numbers in the Text Comparison tool before I save the document.
I am also having trouble with comparing some of the chapters, at first I thought it had to do with book name differences like 1 Samuel vs. 1 Kingdoms or 1 Kings and 3 Kingdoms, but that does not seem to be the problem. I'll look around to see if anyone else has had that problem.
