Log files show Logos 4.3 Beta 1, like several others in New Updates and Logos won't launch!
Wonder if using Update Error steps (downloading Stable release) fixes Logos 4 login ?
Personally puzzled by appearance of Logos 4.3 Beta 1.

Since Logos 4.3 Beta 1 was installed, suspect replacing application with Stable release not viable.
Couple options come to mind: wait for Logos 4.3 Beta 3 release this week so can upgrade application OR use steps to downgrade:

This way should not make you re-download and re-index your library like a full uninstall and reinstall will.
What can I do to get all my info back up and running it still shuts down just as I click the icon to open Logos? Will all my Bible Study notes be in tacked or will I lose all of them because of this issue?

Bible Study notes should be OK. By default, Logos sync's your stuff to their servers so a complete reinstall is an option.

Like couple other Logos 4 Mac users, suspect updating application and deleting couple items will get back to usable condition.
Download 4.2a SR-5 from: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LBS4MacInstaller/4.21.5.0959/Logos4Mac.dmg
Drag "Logos Bible Software 4" (from downloaded disk image) to Applications folder (replace previous version).
Drag logos4 in /Users/username/.mono/registry/CurrentUser/software to trash
Drag CopyBibleVerses.db in /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/random/CopyBibleVerses to trash
Launch "Logos Bible Software 4"
