Problems with Libronix on Win 7 Pro 64 bit

Hi all
I have recently reinstalled my laptop with Windows 7 Professional (Was origanolly Vista Home Premium), It was done as a clean install and not an upgrade, I have downloaded and installed version 3.0g, this will now open after having to manually register all the .ocx and .dll files that I could find with in the Libronix System folder, there are some files which did not register because "no entry point could be found" (don't think that this would be the route cause of my problem but thought that I would mention them just incase): -
gdiplus.dll
gvlib.dll
iconv.dll
icudt36.dll
icuin36.dll
icuuc36.dll
lrslang.dll
mfc71.dll
mfc71u.dll
msvcp71.dll
msvcr71.dll
stl46.dll
usp10.dll
yaz.dll
yazpp.dll
When I try to go to anything on the libronix tool bar it either fails to do anything or crashes with a "Libary not registered" error, I have turned on logging and these are the errors that it is recording: -
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateInstalledTools' (line 10, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateGoHome' (line 70, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateInstalledTools' (line 10, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateInstalledTools' (line 10, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateViewZoom' (line 247, column 2):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateResourceMarkupAddButton' (line 122, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateWindowCloseToHome' (line 5, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateInstalledTools' (line 10, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateInstalledTools' (line 10, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateStatusBarDiscoveryStatus' (line 5, column 3):
0x17E0 ldls.exe Error ExecuteCommand An error occurred while running the macro 'OnUpdateStatusBarLoggingStatus' (line 7, column 3):
Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?
For info I have already tried: -
uninstalling/Reinstalling Libronix
Uninstalling IE9
Installing the IE9 Fix
Registering ActBar2.ocx
Deleting temporary internet files
Thank you in advance
Jeremy

Jeremy, you've already done most of what I would have suggested. What antivirus/security suite are you running? Have you trying installing Libronix with it disabled?

After applying the IE9 fix, did you restart Windows? (Since it's a registry change, a restart is normally required to apply the change.)

Currently IE9 but I did try un-installing it and going back to IE8 with no difference in program operation noticed.

It has been restarted several times since the registry change.
Not sure if it will help anyone figure it out but when you go to any of the drop down menus on the tool bar it says "Installed (Tool bar Button Name - e.g. File/Edit) Commands"
Thank you all for your help so far

Try running these scripts and see if this helps at all. I don't think order matters:
Update LDLS Addins

Update LDLS DataFile typeshttp://www.logos.com/media/update/DataFilesAutoUpdate.lbxupd
Update LDLS Resources

Have just tried all 3 of those scripts and restarted the laptop, unfortunatley it has made no difference.

Jeremy, I can offer no suggestions, just the encouragement that Libronix will work on a Win 7 64 bit computer. I am not running Pro but Home Edition, but I can't see how that would matter.
I hope that someone from Logos can look at this thread and give you some help. If not a call to Customer Service might be needed.

Fixed it - not sure which one it was but manually running all the packages under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Inbound" seems to have cured it.
