crash crash II

at the end of march i was'nt getting much help from tech support so i posted my logs here and a very helpful gentleman named thomas black was able to help me in just a few minutes, i seem to be having the same problem now on my wife's computer so i am posting the logs and if mr black is not on here today, perhaps one of you other smart people can help me
it is interesting to note that logos is running fine on my computer, i loaded this computer with logos and we took it on a mission trip and it worked fine for the 2 weeks we were in belize but now its crashing
thanks in advance for any help that might be given

The logs don't appear very helpful to me. Logos is crashing because of an indexing error (trying to create a lemma data type), but I can't tell which resource is causing the problem.
Have you tried shutting everything down, restarting the computer and then restarting Logos? That may do it (always try the simple solution first).
If it doesn't we may need to rebuild some indexes (unless someone else has more insight into this kind of error than I do).

Well, I'd suggest it, only because I don't know if there's anything else that would fix it, and there's a possibility that this might. If you have the time, go ahead and do that on the computer that's having the problem. There are two indexes now, and you can try them one at a time, if you want. Type rebuild Bible index in the command box and let it run till it finishes. Hopefully you can type that in before Logos crashes (or else, copy/paste it, if you have to be really quick! -- in your previous log Logos crashed after two minutes, but that includes startup time). The indexer should continue, even if Logos crashes. If the indexer crashes, post the Logos4indexer.log here (before restarting Logos) so we can look at it.
If Logos4 crashes after rebuilding the Bible index, you can also try the command rebuild library index to index all your non-Bibles. This one takes longer (which is the primary reason I'm suggesting doing it second, in case the first one works). Once again, if the indexer crashes post the Logos4indexer.log here, as described above.
If both indexes are rebuilt and Logos still crashes, let us know and maybe someone will have another, better idea.

No, this problem is unrelated to your library index.
I haven't seen this error before, but it looks like one of your Word Find documents has been created incorrectly (not by you, but by a bug in the program). Two minutes after startup, Logos 4 will start indexing your documents, and when it does that, it crashes.
The best way I can think of to fix the problem is as follows:
- Run Logos 4
- As soon as it opens, click the File menu
- In the Find box (next to Open, on the right), type in Puzzle
- Right-click each Word Find Puzzle that is listed, and choose Delete
If you get through all of them in the first two minutes, this should prevent the crash. (If it does crash, just restart it and continue the process till they're cleared out.)
If you have a lot of Word Find Puzzles, you probably don't need to delete all of them. This is likely to be caused by one of the most recently created ones, so just deleting the first 2-5 puzzles may be sufficient.
