WBC 54 Vol. on Word 7

Hi,
I've had the 54 vol. WBC for several years and have had no problems installing on newer Microsoft operating systems through the years. However, when running the autorun.exe, I get the pop-up window "Logos Library System Master Setup" Install Word Biblical Commentary, Click here to install the Word Biblical Commentary.
After clicking on the button to install, the window disappears and nothing happens.
Is this an incompatability issue the older 54 Vol. WBC CD has with Windows 7? If so, is there a way to transfer my intellectual property to a medium that will work with Windows 7?
Thanks so much!
David

DavidI assume you're installing Libronix (not Logos4), since installing Logos4 would be a simpler process, and would not require installing the CD's, if you're license is already synced by Logos.
Before installing Logos, check out this thread for a patch to make Libronix compatible with IE9: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/30926.aspx
If you haven't yet installed Libronix on your system you can do so here: http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls
If you have installed it, you will need to update Libronix version to version 3.0g before installing the CD's, since older version won't work with Windows 7. Here's the script for that:
Update to latest version of LDLS (3.0g)

Update LDLS DataFile types

Thanks Richard!
It appears from what you've written, that I could use the CD if I install Libronix...

The WBC CD says it is for Windows 3.1, 95/98. My last computer was XP, and it worked fine on it. I don't think I've ever had a serial number (e.g., like with BibleWorks, which I enter when installing), so I don't know if my license is "synced" by Logos -- I didn't buy direct, btw, but from Rejoice Christian Software.
So if I install Libronix on my new Win 7 PC, should I be able to then install WBC from my old CD-ROM?
Thanks again!

If you have a Windows 3.1 CD it won't work on Win7 at all. You may be able to get the WBC commentaries, but I wouldn't count on it.
If you have Logos4, the process should be much simpler, but will require calling Logos support and having your activation code available. That would have to wait until they open on Monday. There's an 800 number and email address on the Logos web site for their support staff.
Alternatively, if you had a copy of your license files and could get Libronix to read them, you could sync your licenses with the Logos server and then download them from the logos ftp site. If you have Logos4, and you could sync your licenses with the Logos server through Libronix, you may just find Logos4 downloading them all for you (at the next restart).
Keep in mind that I don't remember how those license files were imported from Logos2 into Libronix. So I'm not sure if this will even work.
Just remember that if you paid for the resources they're yours and will follow you into the latest versions of Logos' software. So somehow, you'll get them back.
