After working with Iyogi tech support I've lost all my logos software...Logos 4 pro, etc. etc. How can I reload everything back on my computer?

Unless I am misunderstanding something (which does happen all to frequently), the answer is yes. You will need to reinstall L4 - and all (almost all) the needed files will be downloaded from the LOGOS servers. This is one of the advantages of L4 over L3, in L3 most of the process would be manual. In L4, LOGOS tracks what books and resources you have purchased and will install them with each new installation of L4 - once you give them your username and password.

Well, today I have a different story. An IT high level expert from Iyogi contacted me personally. He spent 4 hours patiently asking me about every issue that was wrong with my computer. Then he fixed them one by one. Thank you, iyogi! Good karm
