Purchased International Critical Commentary but Not Downloading to Logos 4 MAC

Hi,
I just purchased ICC and its not downloading. I know. I know. Shocking? Right...
I am currently running 4.0b SR-4 (4.10.4.9457) . So I tried the usual suspects "Update Now" and "Update Resources" and no resources downloaded as it said "no Updates Available" in the little box in the lower right hand corner. Then I tried a couple of combinations of shutting down and re-starting the app and my MAC. Nothing happened.
So I am open to new ideas. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Gregory you have already done what you can except wait a bit more. There is no explanation why but for some reason Logos 4 sometimes takes awhile to figure out you have a new license. Give it a half an hour to an hour and then close and reopen Logos again and see if the download gets triggered.

I purchased the ICC product this afternoon around 6:00 PM EST. Been trying to get something going all night long.

That is annoying. Is the email address you used for the purchase the same as on your Logos account?

RESOLVED. My Logos had not updated versions since January. Once I updated to current build I was good to go.

Gregory,
I had the same problem,
Manually download your missing resources from your logos account.
Copy the downloaded resources to your LOGOS Resources file on your MAC.
Check that Logos can see your new resources in your library. You will now however be able to search them until your Library has rebuilt its index.
If Logos does not automatically re-index your Library Index after you have closed and then restarted it.
Type
Rebuild Library Index in the command box and hit return.PLM

Would advise copying to different location (e.g. Resources folder on your desktop), then use scan command, followed by restarting Logos 4 Mac. Wiki Copy Logos 4 Resources to Mac OS X section has an example scan command for Resources folder on your desktop.
For Libronix 3 (Logos for Mac 1.2.2), could copy resource files into Resources folder, which would automatically be found by Libronix 3 when program started. However, Logos 4 needs to discover resources (automatic download OR scan command) so resource files are copied along with updating database files, including indexing.
