downloaded wrong package upon initial purchase

I just purchased a Bible study package and downloaded it to my MacBook.
I believe that the wrong package was downloaded. (I chose download instead of DVD.) I had purchased the Bible Study Library (with 40 Bible versions). However, I believe that the Christian Home package was the one that downloaded. My downloaded library only contains 14 Bibles.
Has anybody encountered this or know the fix? I've emailed Customer Service but I'll have to wait as it's Saturday now.

Hi Scott,
If that is the case then only CS will be able to help. What package does it say you have in the account section of the website? Can you also compare a few of the other resources, perhaps Harper's Bible Dictionary.

Welcome to the forums!
Let me start with some basic questions: Did you buy on the Internet? Could you have hit the wrong button? If you go to Logos.com, click Account at the top right, and choose Orders, which package is listed in you Order History? Does the sum you payed match the package listed there?

Whether it was user error (accidentally clicked the wrong link) or a problem with the website, I'm sure Logos would be glad to refund your money for this wrong purchase and let you exchange it for the one you intended to buy. They have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you paid for a license for the more complete package and were licensed for that, all you need to do is to download the addtional resources. It may be a bit tedious, but you can do that yourself. If you paid for the less complete package by mistake and received a license for that, you will need to contact Logos. They're good people so I'm sure they'll take good care of you.
