Biblical People, Places and Things

I just downloaded Logos 4 onto my Mac, and I cannot access the Biblical Facts under Tools (Biblical People, Biblical Places and Biblical Things). They are under Tools, but when I press them, it comes up with a blank box labeled 'untitled'. Also, these tabs are not in my Passage Guide either.
Hope there is someone who is able to help!

Welcome to the Forums!
Which Base Package did you buy Zac? The Biblical Place, People and Things recourses are only available for Bible Study package and above, which means that if you bought the lowest package (Home Bible Study) then you won't have access to them.
Hope that helps!

Yes, I bought the Bible Study package. Is there any way to download just that application? I don't know why I cannot access the Bible Facts. What do you suggest?

Hmm. Has Logos finished indexing yet? It may be that you can't access Bible Facts until it's done indexing. Can anyone else confirm/deny that!?
You might want to provide some log files (details on how to do this are on the wiki page here). There are some clever folks on these forums who can read those logs like they read the newspaper - I'm not one of 'em, but if you post those logs someone might be able to spot something that has gone wrong in installation/indexing.
Hope you get this fixed soon.

I too believe one has to wait for the indexing to finish.

Welcome [:D]
Wonder if blue Logos icon appears in menu bar ? (if present, can hover mouse over icon for progress update: download or index)
Wiki page Mac and PC User Interface Differences => Indexer Icon section has an example.
The "Logos Bible Software 4" application needs resources for Biblical People, Places, and Things (e.g. Biblical Places Maps resource is 423.6 MB).
Wiki page Getting Started with Logos => Installation + Indexing section includes: "Tip: Recommend waiting for indexing to finish before using Logos 4 (can read a resource, but scrolling will be sluggish)."
Keep Smiling [:)]
