I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the program freezes when I do a morphological search e.g, @vh?1m??+S3ms in Eze. 40-48 with BHS / WTS 3.5 (doesn't work either with BHS/sesb 2.0 or BHS/WIVU.
Does anyone has a solution?

The search is wrong. First person is both masculine and feminine. So that needs to be: @vh?1+S3ms
There are no first person Hiphil in the range specified.
The problem remains.
My search wasn't good but even if I search for only hiphil verbs in that section, the program stil freezes. I have to force a restart witn Ctrl Shift Escape.

From your screen shot you have search set in Analysis mode.
In that mode I can reproduce the problem (using BHS/WIVU) - and Logos ends up taking between 50-60% of my processor
Can you try changing your search setup to "Verses" mode and see whether the search completes?

EDIT: My log after I had to force-crash L4 when doing the search in analysis mode is attached. It seems to be busy doing something, but I'm not sure what!

Please see Melissa's comment at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/33494/251085.aspx#251085 saying that there are some issues with Analysis searches causing L4 to freeze.
I think this is what is happening here.

I wouldn't use WIVU anyway. Not well implemented in L4.
That's why I'm glad SESB 4.0 is coming soon - WIVU is supposed to be fully implemented then.

It isn't only WIVU, I tried analyse mode with BHS/WHM 4.2 and again a crash!
