Expanding a Frame (cmd-shift-F) is acting strange

This is not a big deal but when I hit "cmd-shift-F" to expand the frame for easier reading, it reacts slowly and goes back and forth from the original to the expanded screen. It eventually expands but it was not doing this in the past. I am running Logos Bible Software 4.2b SR-1 (4.22.5.1109). This has occurred before and after the latest update. Again, it is not a big deal but I am hoping someone might have a suggestion.

Curious about example frame contents that react slowly ?

I was trying to read John MacArthur's Study Bible and clicked the cmd-shift-F keys to expand the frame so that the entire screen would be filled with the book.

Apologies, not have same resource to open, then expand to Reading View (using cmd-shift-F).
Did open "How to Study the Bible" by John MacArthur, then expanded to Reading View, followed by esc (appeared normal).
Wonder if other Study Bible resource(s) exhibit similar behavior ?
Also wonder where in John MacArthur's Study Bible ? (can try replicating Reading View strangeness in couple other study bibles)

After checking other resources and Bibles, it would appear that MacArthur's Study Bible is the slowest to expand. I will just cope with it since it eventually opens and it is my favororite. Thanks for your help...
Blessings.
