Is There A Simple Way To...
I am wondering if there is a simple way to generate a page for printing that would place the various parallel Synoptic versions side by side for comparison. For example the if you were studying the Feeding of the 5000 what would you do to generate a hand out sheet for a Bible Study that would show the various accounts side by side in parallel fashion?

The easiest way is to open your passage guide and type: Feeding of" and is should offer to search on Matt 14/13-21. Then open the parallel passage section which will provide you an offering of Bible Harmonies in your library. If you click on the title it will open that resource that will show the pericopes in parallel. Click on the book cover of the harmony to open a menu allowing you to print or export the page.
