Has your credit card been charged yet? I ask because with the ECC coming out this week Logos has been pretty busy processing orders it might take a couple of days to get caught up.
If it has been charged and restarting Logos running Update Resources etc. doesn't work you might want to shoot customer service an email or call to make certain the license made it onto your account correctly.
Thanks, Kevin. That was my next step. I guess I should've done it first. I'll check on that and if it hasnt' been charged, then I'll contact Logos next week. I appreciate the response. Peace.
Mine has not shipped yet either, Lonnie. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it until maybe Monday afternoon their time. The OT prophets was a half-day late (arrived Friday), most likely due to the EEC taking up a lot of the Logos' shipping time.
