I have compiled the same resource in Windows XP running in a virtual machine under Linux and also in my native Windows 7 installation on my my laptop using the same files. Both installations have the same fonts installed and in my Logos 4 settings, the same Greek and Hebrew fonts are selected as the default.
As you can see from the screenshots below, the XP installation rendered the Hebrew beautifully, but used a different Greek font. My Windows 7 installation did not render the Hebrew at all, but got the Greek font right.
