Leader's Library did not download

I purchased the Leader's Library (unlike version 3 there was only the file for starting Logos 4. No large file to download for the library) and the Logos 4 program began to download (downloaded close to 1 GB). It transferred all of my version 3 files over and completed the indexing - all in not that long of time. The problem is the Leader's Library never downloaded and even after several attempts to download it - typed in update now in the command bar - all it says is synchronization complete all items are up to date.
Will it eventually download or am I missing a large file to download for this library?

Are you missing resources?
The program itself is only about 50MB so you have a lot of something...

Yes. I don't see any of the resources shown in the Leader's Library. All the resources shown are from my previous version 3 files.

How did you order?
Why not load up 3.0, sychronize licenses, and then do a license summary. If this summary includes Leader's Library LE, Logos 4 should pick it up automatically. Typing "Update now" in the 4.0 command bar might speed up this process.

indexing could not have taken "not that long a time." It's always going to take several hours. Is this the case?
Can you perform a basic search? Does a message appear at the top saying that indexing is not complete...?
You have obviously downloaded 1GB of something - possibly updated resources from Logos 3.0.
I myself keep an eye on the download and resource folders - and it takes a while for files to move from downloads to resources... You can find these under
c;|(programlocation)\Data\(usercode)\ResourceManager

Charles, the command "update now" offers no clue as to whether it is working or not. You don't know until something either downloads or not....
The "all items are up to date" message has to do with the synchronization of user settings/notes/etc. It has nothing to do with resources
