History inconsistent?
Has anyone else noticed that the history feature is somewhat inconsistent. I often find myself going to the history page and not seeing the last pages I was on. For example, I may go from John 1, to Jeremiah1, and then back to John 1. But when I go to history, Jeremiah isn't in there. Similarly, I've noticed that when I'm reading a book, then switch to a Bible, then decided to go back to reading the book, it seems like it doesn't always have my most up-to-date page. It isn't always the case, but I'd say 50% of the time history seems to be missing the exact history I want to flip back to.
Just me?
Dave/James (or whoever else is on the team now), any insight?

I have noticed the same. It also seems that the history only stores the last reference to which you jumped as well. I will type in Romans 3, read through to Romans 4. Then I might go to James 3, after which I want to return to Romans 4 where I left off. Instead of going to where I left, it goes back to where I started. This may be a little different than what you are talking about, but I have noticed this as well.

Yeah, that's the one that gets me the most. I'll read Institutes, go to the Bible, and then want to go back to where I left off in Institutes and it goes back to where I started. Drives me crazy!

I have the same problem. I already posted it on this forum and also contacted support. But they have not replied. I also find it very frustrating as I have to try to remember the page number of the page I last read or make a note of it.

I still have problems with the history on my iPhone. I read a book until e.g., page 85, then don't get a chance to read it for a few days. When I try to continue reading the book, I am suddenly back at e.g., page 67. Page 85 does not even appear in the history list.
This happens mainly after a few days not reading the book. When reading the book, I don't always have internet access. During the entire time, the book was not opened on any other device.
This is very frustrating. Support still has not gotten back to me since June. It feels weird that in this digital age, I need to have a paper sticker at the back of my iPhone on which I write the page number where I last was. [:(]

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It does look like there are some improvements to be made with the History panel. I have submitted this bug to our tracking system and we should be pushing out a fix in a future release.
Thanks,
