I'm sorry for being pedantic, but this has been annoying me for ages, and I need to get it off my chest!
Agreed. I see the same thing as DAve.
Maybe we need to give Logos' developers more info to let them reperform the bug.
My library menu does line up, but I'm not on Beta; I use the current stable version under Win 7 (32 Bit) at a 1280*800 resolution, which is the max my Acer Extensa will support.
I'm on the beta, and mine does line up, however I do see a slight imperfection to the left of where Mark's misalignment happens, if I zoom way in:
Mark, I wonder if it matters what screen resolution you're running at? I'm at 1920 x 1200.
I have the beta and it's fine for me. I'm using XP, could it be a Win7 problem? or the video driver?
I'm at 1920x1080.

If you change the resolution does the problem still occur? Just wondering if there's a driver- or resolution-specific bug.
I have two video cards (one ATI, one nVidia), so it's not a driver issue. And it occurs at every screen resolution, too.
I'm sorry for being pedantic
Not to worry, I can sympathize. That would drive me crazy too.

This is what I'm seeing also. I've tested it on the latest internal Beta update, the current shipping Beta (4.3 B8) and the stable version of the program and have not seen the same thing you're seeing Mark.

I've got Windows 7 and that's what NewbieMick has stated he is on as well, so that's shouldn't be the problem.
I'll report it to Development with all the details in this thread so far and let you know if they need any further information to track down the issue.
Follow up question from Development:
Are you running high DPI?
I'm not Mark, but he already said "I'm at 1920x1080" which would probably qualify as high DPI (dots per inch) on most monitors, though of course it depends on how many inches his screen size is.
No, but I have program scaling set to 90% - after checking, it's fine at other percentages.
