The iPhone app seriously needs documentation
How do you close a book once it is open? Can't you search for authors in your library?

The same way you close applications on the iPhone -- go to Home or something else. So click in the center of a book to bring up the controls, then click "Home" or "Library" and choose another book.
I'll check on the author searching; if not yet supported we can add it on the server side.

I'm not getting it.
I click the "Read" icon. It takes me the book currently being read. I click in the center and it shows me iconic representations of all open books. On that bar, how do you close individual books?

What do you mean by close? As soon as the book is no longer on the screen it is closed. If you swipe your finger up or down you will be able to go to other books. Is that what you mean?

The covers (or icons) of the books you see are not opened books. This is a list of lastly used resources. iPhone (as far as I know) doesn't work with multiple tasks opened on the background. Music and GPS might be the exception.

Search syntax is the same as in Logos4. You can filter your library view to a particular author with something similar to "author:brown".

How do you clear the bar though? I have books I've opened and now it just cluters up the bar. I can't figure it out for the life of me. Thanks.
