logos 4 keeps quitting or crashing , very quickly after starting every time i open it , then it closes down , it seemed to start happeneing after a logos down load , i was wanting to prepare a sermon , anyone know what to do

after doing the command shift g instructions it just says folder cant be found
logos 4 crashes after straight away after opening it without doing anything , all other programs ok ,does any know any bible software i could use while logos is faulty

Darren, you can access many of your Logos resources by signing into Biblia.com using the same e-mail address and password you use for your Logos 4 program.

Thankful for iPad with "Bible +" app with many Logos library resources downloaded for offline reading ( same resources as http://biblia.com ).
it looks like biblia does not seem to have most of the tools ,like to copy , see what a word means . its happened a few times when preparing a message logos does not work , its beginning to grieve me

Concur http://biblia.com lacks many Logos 4 features (and access to some Logos resources).

Currently Logos 4 PC is bit more capable and polished than Logos 4 Mac. WIki Mac and PC User Interface Differences => Feature Parity – Mac needs many improvements. Thankful for many 4.3 Beta improvements on Mac.
Likewise Thankful can run Windows in a virtual machine on Mac, wiki Logos 4 Mac => Need Logos 4 PC feature? section has virtualization tips.
By the way, without diagnostic logs, personally have no idea what is causing crash. Do know Logos 4 Mac has some memory leaks so restarting Mac may help.
