Workspaces- Importing from L3

Where do I find my saved Work spaces from v.3? Also, how to I get to them in v. 4? Thanks

The system is so different that we couldn't import the v3 workspaces. They were based on overlapping windows, and we now use a tiling system. Sorry!

Scott,
I also think that you're gonna find that making layouts is so quick and easy...there's almost no point to trying to salvage old layouts.
Take a look at the video online...Logos has a youtube site..

Logos 4 is light years ahead of v3. And I thank you guys for that upgraded technology! I have noticed, however, that if a named layout is deleted from the snap-shots, it is also deleted from the named layouts. It would be nice if these were two different lists, and deletions didn't effect each other. Thanks!

This is one my big gripes about L4. I have several hundred workspaces (one for each day in the lectionary plus special services). Why should I have to redo all of my work because of a change that Logos made?
I believe that you can import our L3 workspaces to L4 layouts. Will they be the same? No, but it will prevent us, the users, for having to redo our work because of a change Logos made.
While we do have overlapping windows in L3, an algorithm can be wrote to convert our overlapping windows into a two, three, or four tile L4 layout.
I believe most of us who have a lot of workspaces will accept this as an acceptable solution. Forcing us to redo our work is not, and is one reason why I still use L3.
