I have been running Logos 4 no problems ever since the release; this problem just started, it crashes 100% of the time:

I just noticed something in the Logos4Crash.zip file:
Installed memory: 4,017 MB
This is incorrect, the system has 6GB not 4GB of Ram

I think the crash file relates to the crash and the Logos4 log file was taken after the crash - is that correct?
If so, a new Logos4 logfile would have been created and overwritten the one created at the time of the crash. When / if it happens again could you upload the files again before restarting Logos?
What were you doing when it crashed? Looking at the crash file it appears that you were doing something with text comparison. Is that the case?
You say that it crashes 100% of the time - can you be more specific? Is this on startup or carrying out a particular function on a particular resource?

When I start (startup) Logos4 crashes, the only thing I am doing is starting the program, I never get to the point of doing anything beyond trying to starting the program.
I started the program (holding down the control key), it crashed and then I attached the two log files that had the date and time of the crash.
I am trying to start Logos4 now (holding down the ctrl key) and it won't even start - I was going to regenerate the log files.
Ok, I think I have figured out the problem:
I use duel monitors, my laptop and an external 24" monitor.
I do this at home and at work, the last time I used Logos4 was at work with my 24" monitor at work, I was using Logos4 on the external 24" monitor.
I came home, booted and tried to start Logos4 and it tried to start on my 24" monitor at home (there must be something different) and Logos4 crashed 100% of the time on startup.
What I have found, is that before I close Logos4, I must drag it over to my laptop monitor first if I am going to shutdown and move to a different 24" monitor, the one at work or the one at home.
As long as I reboot on the same 24" monitor, the one at home or the one at work, I can leave Logos4 on the external monitor when I shut down; otherwise, if I am going to move to a different 24" monitor, the one at home or the one at work, I must move the Logos4 program from my 24" monitor to the laptop monitor before shutting down.
I hope this makes sense?

PS: the workaround is to disconnect the external monitor, start Logos4 then re-connect the external monitor and move Logos4 to the external monitor and make sure and move Logos4 back to the laptop monitor before closing the program.
PSS: FYI - if the developers attempt to reproduce this problem; something to take into consideration, I use a docking station (dock connector on the laptop) at work and a VP (Video Port) cable at home, this might make a difference.

Have you tried starting it with a blank layout? If not give that a try. To do this, hold the control key down while you double click the L4 icon. When the sign in screen appears, check Use Blank Layout and start the program. If that is successful, delete and rebuild the layout that was opening when the program starts.

This makes a lot of sense - glad you have figured it out and for posting back with an update.
I see something similar (but not as quite as bad) if I am running Logos on an external monitor, allow the laptop to sleep / hibernate and then start it up again without the external monitor connected. In that case, I just get a blank screen in my Logos window which I have to close down and restart.

That makes sense, program remember being on the external monitor when the laptop goes to sleep or hibernates; technically, the program is there, it is being displayed on the external monitor that is not there
If you re-connect your external monitor, you should see Logos4
BTW - I believe both of these problems are fixable - Logos need to capture the message concerning the video change and then move Logos4 back to the laptop monitor.
Note: I am just guessing based on the behavior of Microsoft programs that have no problems recover from these changes.

I haven't seen this figure reported incorrectly before. Can you confirm in System Properties (press Windows+Break, or right click Computer on the Start menu and choose Properties) that it shows "6.0 GB" by "Installed memory (RAM)" and "System type" is "64-bit Operating System"? (The screen I'm referring to should look like http://www.question-defense.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/windows-7-system-properties.gif.)
Logos 4 is reporting the correct amount of RAM; just under 4GB is usable by the OS. A 64-bit OS is technically capable of using more than 4GB, but the way to enable this (if it's even possible) will depend highly on your specific hardware.
This Microsoft KB article gives some pointers to possible solutions; since many of them involve changing BIOS settings, I must stress that upgrading your BIOS or editing its settings carries the very real risk of disabling your computer; you should only proceed if you're certain you know what you're doing, and then with extreme caution.

I hadn't noticed the unused 2GB before and tried to re-gain the unused memory using the page you linked without success.
