I just ordered some of the PrePubs, and the "Quick Buy" button now does the same thing as the "Pre Order" button - it takes about three screens to purchase. It used to be, the "Quick Buy" button was one click and done, instead of 3 clicks and done.
Yes, I'd noticed this too and was going to report it but forgot. It's quite annoying. Please fix soon.

Some developer must have pressed the Quick Fix button. Yay! Thank you, Logos, for the rapid turnaround!
