Passage Guide and Exegetical Guide no longer work

Both Passage Guide and Exegetical Guide will no longer respond to entries and when the "report" is called for from the drop down tools menu, PG opens to 1 Peter 2 with an empty window and Exegetical opens to Romans 3 with an empty window. When a reference is entered in passage bar none of the usual buttons respond and "enter" doesn't do anything. Help, please.

We'll try to help. Please tell us what version of Windows you are running and if you've had any updates to that version or to Internet Explorer since the last time you successfully ran these parts of Libronix.

The problem started just a few days ago

I did update to IE9 the first part of June but I Chrome is my default browser.

There have been problems between IE 9 and Libronix. You should take a look at this page and install the patch linked to there: http://www.logos.com/support/windows/LDLS-IE9

I also assume you are using the latest version of Libronix 3.0g, correct? If not update to that as well.

I downloaded the IE9 patch and did the unzip and installation.

Opened Libronix and behold, the Passage Guide and Exegetical Guide are functioning again.

Final production version of Logos for Mac 1.2.2 (released on 17 Sep 2009) essentially became an e-Book reader after Safari 5 update on 20 July 2011 (released with OS X Lion); older Mac OS X options: try restoring previous Safari version => http://hints.macworld.com/article.php?story=20110722154439693 OR downgrade Safari to older 4.0.5 => http://itsalltech.com/2010/07/11/how-to-downgrade-safari-5-to-safari-4-on-mac-os-x/ (not applicable for OS X Lion). If I am understanding correctly, I having a similar problem. I bought a new computer, loaded the CD with previously purchased files on it, synced licenses and installed updates, etc.; however, the exegetical guide no longer allows me to search. It acts as if I were going to allow me to do so, and I am even able to enter the passage reference; however, it will not search for it and everything is the color gray, showing that it is inactive. Any suggestions?

If new computer has Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9), wonder about patching IE 9 ?

There have been problems between IE 9 and Libronix. You should take a look at this page and install the patch linked to there:http://www.logos.com/support/windows/LDLS-IE9

I also assume you are using the latest version of Libronix 3.0g, correct? If not update to that as well.

Logos Support has => Download the Latest Version (3.0g) for Windows.

I'm assuming you have Logos3.0g. Is that correct? Do you have a Base Product? What Bibles do you have in your library? Please get back to us and we'll do our best to give you a helpful boost!
