Two resources were downloaded this morning and the total resources in the library is two less than before. I do not see two resources which should have been updated in the library. Nothing was updated since last Saturday.
If you have logging enabled your install/indexing logs may help determine what happened.
Beyond that I can only offer conjecture: perhaps a few resources were combined?
Have you tried the Update Resources command?
Tried Update Resources. Got "No updates available. No updates were found."

Had you recently purchased the two resources? If they weren't new purchases, it's possible the resources were ones that do not appear in the Library. If your total resource count is two less than it was prior to the download, were any resources hidden around the same time?
Edit: Another possibility -- have you compiled any personal books, and have you deleted any? Deleting PBs will decrease your total resource count as well.

One was about 45mb and the other was about 1.5 mb when they were downloaded. Are there any logging and ways for Logos to find out which resources were downloaded to each user? Those resources were downloaded around 7:15AM E.T. on July 21. I have not tested PBs yet.

I checked our published resources list for the last few days, and I'm not seeing any updates to resourcesyou own being published recently. The 45MB size update is typical of a software update. Is it possible that one was the Beta 13 update?
What is your current total resource count in your Library, and what do you expect it to be?
It was 2554 for quite a while. It is 2552 now.
I'm checking to see what you should have, and why the total decreased by two. I'll update this thread when I know more.
Update: David ~ It may help if you could create a bibliography of your entire library by adding a new Collection with the rule: rating:>=0, export it as an RTF (leave 'Bibliography only' unchecked), and send the resulting RTF file to logos4feedback@logos.com. Thanks.
