Typed his name in Logos, logos4:Search;kind=Basic;q=$22williams_r_newell$22;match=stem and came up with 53 hits. He is quoted quite often on works discussing Romans, as well as a few dealing with Revelation.
One observation, the website says that he published the book before he was born. That is genius at its best.
