BUG: "Favorites" Folders Syncronization Issue...

Hello,

I have recently noticed that when I go from the office to my home that the folders (in proper order) and the short cuts to the files associated with them are syncronized in a totally disorganized fashion. The files and folders are still in organized order at the office, but when I get home and open Logos, the folders and the short cuts are "everywhere"...What might I do about this?

I have over a hundred shortcuts and close to fifty folders.

**The Office computer runs Windows 7, and the Home computer runs XP.

Please post a screenshot of the disorganisation.

Are shortcuts in the correct folders?

Is this the first time the problem has occurred with all those shortcuts?

It would help to change the title of the thread in your first post so it starts with BUG: (More button + Edit).

I have 8 main Folders, behind these are subfolders and shortcuts. This started happening after I put Logos on my Office computer. When I sign back in at home

the favorites tool looks like this...

It just sends the shortcuts from the subfolders everywhere but their proper subfolder.

Instead of ,

With the 'subfolders' and the shortcuts in them, properly organized.

Correction :

I generalized by saying "shortcuts". When syncronizing on my "home" pc (XP), both the shortcuts and sub-folders are dispersed abroad (mixed up thoroughly) everywhere within the main 8 folders...

Whilst you could manually correct this, I suggest you first contact Logos Technical Support.

I reinstalled L4 and it Synchronized Perfectly!! YaaYYYY!

But it didn't Synchronize my Shortcuts bar...How Come?
