Someone broke into our home in Cape Town, and stole my computor. how can I have access to my Logos program again? Do I need to buy a new program or will it be possible to load it on this new computor?

The good news is you do not have to buy the program again.
If it was a windows pc, then go here: http://www.logos.com/windows/support/install
If it was a mac then go here:http://www.logos.com/mac/support/install
Download the program, sign in with your email address (logos id.) and password, then leave it. Logos takes care of itself.
Welcome to the forum Barbara. All of your books and settings will be restored. In the meantime, go to www.biblia.com to read most of your books, or http://library.logos.com/?beta=true for a few advanced features.

I did go to the www.logos.com address that you gave me, tried to run the program. But every time at the end it give me an error.
Write down the error message, or do a screen capture. This way someone may be able to help. If you are in a position, call Logos, if the call is too expensive, then use Skype, just set the location to United States.
In addition, check out this list of error messages and see if any of them describe your problem. http://wiki.logos.com/search.aspx?q=error
If the thief has access to your Logos account you will need to change your password to prevent mischievous activity. If the thief has locked you out, give Customer Service an email or call.
As Lynden said, your software license & books are safe.
I will definitely do this. Thank you
Lynden, the telephone number that I can call?
