Beta 8: Word Study shows incorrect word text, and has blank results
(In Beta 8, long-press on a word should reveal a "word study" button, and the word you touched. Pressing the button brings up Word Study screen, with Hebrew, Greek,
Context: open Strong's, scroll to the beginning...
Strongs #2, long-press the greek for Aaron.
- A square box shows up in the second position after "A".
- In the search results, 2nd line, a square box shows up instead of "A" but the rest of the results appear ok
- In this case, the "Translation" section is blank but uses up 2/3 of the screen real estate
In Louw-Nida, same thing on many words.
- 93.7, 93.8 long-press the first (key) word and you'll see the square box where a mark belongs
- (Nice: can long-press other words without canceling, and the search-word area updates!)
Touch an english word ANYwhere (so far at least):
- I get "Definition", "Hebrew Words" and "Greek Words" sections. Sometimes one or more headers are black instead of gray, and their "space" is open
- However, in all cases, for English word searches, the actual contents are always blank
I suspect the word search is simply not working and/or not yet connected to all content?

Thanks for posting. Same thing is happening on my HTC Evo.
In addition, when attempting to word study a word preceeded by a verse number, it picks up the verse number as well. This also happens in BHS and intermittently in my English bibles.

I too have been having similar problems. Opened my greek lexham interlinear and i receive blankword study finds or when the word study pops up after the long press, the greek word will have incorrect characters in the front of the word or symbols something like [ if i remember correctly. i too suspect the full link to hebrew and greek definitions is not possible yet although i have not tried all of the books in my library yet
